District Manager Parts and Service – Columbus, Ohio Remote‑eligible position with required on‑site visits to dealerships. The employee must reside in the Columbus, Ohio territory or be willing to relocate to a city within 50 miles of Columbus. Up to 50% travel within the region is required. Responsibilities Own district performance across revenue, customer retention, and customer experience. Act as a trusted advisor to dealer leadership, fostering strong partnerships and strategic alignment. Drive revenue growth and achieve KPIs through execution of customer care & aftersales programs. Lead standardized dealer contact processes aligned with GM performance objectives. Analyze dealership marketing and merchandising strategies; recommend actions to increase service lane traffic. Develop and execute annual business plans using data‑driven insights to address market challenges. Apply analytical thinking to assess dealer performance, identify trends, and implement solutions to improve efficiency and satisfaction. Operate autonomously, managing priorities and making decisions that drive business outcomes. Resolve aftersales customer concerns such as service parts assistance, warranty, and policy requests. Monitor and deliver on KPIs including sales reporting tool objectives, Net Promoter Score, customer retention, service training standards, and EV training & compliance. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. Minimum 2 years of experience leading and improving dealership fixed operations. Strong automotive industry knowledge and business acumen, including service operations, warranty processes, and customer experience management. Deep understanding of dealership service & parts operations, dealer operating reports, fixed‑ops analysis tools, and profit‑department structures. Consultative selling techniques and proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, reporting, and visualization). Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to inform and persuade effectively. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a changing environment with ambiguity. Travel Supports dealerships across the Columbus, Ohio district or region with up to 50% regional travel to conduct performance reviews and support aftersales initiatives on‑site. Compensation and Benefits Base salary range: $80,700.00 – $109,400.00 USD annually (the actual offer may vary). An incentive pay program and additional benefits including medical, dental, vision, HSAs, flexible spending accounts, retirement savings, life insurance, paid vacation, tuition assistance, and employee assistance programs are available.
