Local Team Collaboration:

• We take pride in our well-established team at Presbyterian Plains Regional of 6 physicians and 1 advanced practice provider (APP), with the support of a clinical performance nurse, a clinical performance associate, and a group coordinator.
\n
• Work alongside a diverse group of professionals with backgrounds from all over the world. We are an integral part of our hospital community and a valued strategic partner, maintaining great relationships with hospital leadership and other physician groups.

• This is part of the Presbyterian System which is a total of 9 hospitals in NM. This 106 bed hospital services Eastern NM and West TX.
\n

Qualifications:

\n

\n
• Board-certified/eligible in family or internal medicine.
\n
• 2027 graduates encouraged to apply.
\n

Scheduling:

\n

\n
• Full-time positions follow a 7-days-on, 7-days-off rotation. ​
\n
• As a Nocturnist, you will be working nights, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
\n
• As a Daytime Hospitalist, you will be working 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
\n

\n

Key Responsibilities:

\n

\n
• Will have an average census of 18 per doctor.
\n
• Average floor calls of about 80.
\n
• NO Procedures.
\n
• Most specialists are in-house.
\n
• CRNAs manage the 7 ICU beds.
\n
• Our EMR is EPIC.
\n

• The southwestern city of Clovis is a part of Curry County, New Mexico which has a population of just under 50,000. 
\n
• Clovis is a family-friendly community with rich rock and roll music, cowboy and agricultural historical roots. 
\n
• Clovis offers low cost of living with plenty of entertainment options including professional and youth rodeo events as well as music and art festivals.
\n
• Quick drive to Lubbock, TX, Santa FE, NM and Albuquerque, NM. You are also a quick flight to places like DFW and Houston.
\n

Rewards and Compensation:

\n

\n
• Day Shift Rate of $1,900 and Night Shift Rate of $2,000.
\n
• Daytime hospitalist will have a base pay of $346,750 and nocturnist will have a base salary of $365,000.
\n
• $50,000 sign on bonus.
\n
• Eligible for RVU and Quality bonus.
\n
• Full benefits including CME allowance.
\n
• Relocation assistance.
\n
