Keystone Gutter Glow LLC is seeking an ambitious and result-driven Door to Door Sales Representative to join our team based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. We are a reputable company in the Roofing, Gutters & Siding - offering top-quality services such as gutter cleaning, rinsing, blowouts, vacuuming, and washing.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential customers.
• Promote and sell our services.
• Meet or exceed the sales goal for the next 12 months ($250,000).
• Maintain a detailed understanding of our services.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries.
• Process customer orders in a timely and efficient manner.

Job Details:

• This position is a 1099 hire type.
• The monthly retainer is $1,050.
• The average sales value range is between $150 and $250.
• The average sell-in cycle time is 1 day.
• Commission payout per sale percent is 25%.
• Expected working hours per month: 160 hours.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably door-to-door.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Knowledge in Roofing, Gutters & Siding
