This role also includes opportunities to attend events, activations, content shoots, and occasional travel.We are looking for someone who is both strategic and hands-on, with strong experience in content creation, influencer partnerships, email marketing, and social media management.ABSOLUTE MUST-HAVES:* Minimum 5+ years of experience creating and managing social media content for Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok (and others is a plus!)* Extensive hands-on experience with email marketing platform (e.g., Klaviyo)* Strong experience creating, scheduling, and managing social media calendars and content management tools* Proven experience sourcing, acquiring, and managing UGC (user-generated content)* Experience identifying, outreaching to, negotiating with, and managing influencers and creators* Excellent writing and communication skills with strong attention to brand voice and detail* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously* Strong Excel skills for reporting, tracking, and campaign managementSTRONG PREFERENCE FOR:* Photography and videography skills* Experience creating and editing short-form video content including Reels and TikToks* Experience working with luxury, beauty, wellness, fragrance, lifestyle, or fashion brands* Experience coordinating content shoots and creative assets### RESPONSIBILITIES* Plan, create, schedule, and manage daily social media content across all major platforms* Develop and execute email marketing campaigns in Klaviyo* Build and maintain influencer and creator relationships* Source and manage UGC partnerships and content pipelines* Maintain content calendars and coordinate launches, promotions, and campaigns* Attend activations, events, and content opportunities as needed* Analyze performance metrics and provide regular reporting* Collaborate closely with leadership on brand strategy, launches, and growth initiativesThis role is ideal for someone highly creative, organized, proactive, entrepreneurial, and passionate about building brands through storytelling, content, and community.Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hourApplication Question(s):* How many years experience do you have in social media management as part of a paid role for a business?* What sort of experience do you have in terms of obtaining UGC or influencer content?Work Location: In person
