This role is built for a safety professional who wants to be on the floor, not buried in paperwork.A growing manufacturer of synthetic fiber products (used in reinforced concrete and other applications) is looking for an EHS Manager to lead safety at a 24/7 facility running 4 shifts. This is a hands-on, relationship-driven role: walking the plant, running inspections, and coaching operators, not sitting behind a screen.What You'll DoLead daily floor inspections and hazard identification across all shiftsOwn LOTO, machine guarding, and PPE compliance at the operator levelBuild trust and rapport with production teams and shift leadershipInvestigate incidents and drive corrective actionsDeliver hands-on training that sticksWhat You Bring3+ years of safety experience in a manufacturing settingWorking knowledge of LOTO, machine guarding, and PPE programsFlexibility to rotate across all 4 shifts as neededStrong floor presence and comfort engaging hourly teamsWhy This Role Stands OutDirect hire with full benefits and bonus potential up to 10%Flexible schedule, not a rigid 9-to-5Real ownership of the safety program from day oneInterested?
