Role Summary
We are looking for an

with 3-5 years of experience in supporting, deploying, and maintaining Java-based enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in application deployment, release management, troubleshooting, and production support within DevOps-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and support Java-based applications across development, testing, and production environments.
• Monitor application performance, availability, and health to ensure business continuity.
• Troubleshoot application, deployment, and environment-related issues, and drive timely resolution.
• Support CI/CD processes and release management activities using DevOps tools.
• Collaborate with development, testing, infrastructure, and business teams during deployments and production incidents.
• Analyze application logs, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Perform application validation and post-deployment health checks.
• Support production environment operations, change management, and incident management processes.
• Participate in application upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in Application Support, DevOps, or Production Support roles.
• Strong experience in deploying and supporting Java/J2EE-based applications .
• Good understanding of application servers such as Tomcat, JBoss, WebLogic, or WebSphere .
• Experience with CI/CD and deployment tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Git, or similar platforms .
• Knowledge of Linux/Unix environments and basic scripting.
• Experience in log analysis, monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident management.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and release management processes.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to containerized deployments (Docker/Kubernetes) is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Splunk, ELK, Grafana, or AppDynamics.
• Experience working in enterprise production support and service management environments.
