Bilingual Reservationist / Call Center Representative

What You'll Do

• Handle inbound customer calls in a professional and friendly manner
• Assist customers with reservations, scheduling, and service-related questions
• Enter and update information accurately in the company's system
• Communicate clearly with customers and internal departments
• Resolve routine customer concerns and provide excellent service
• Work as part of a busy, team-oriented environment

What We're Looking For

• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• Previous call center, reservations, dispatch, scheduling, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working with computers and learning new technology
• Dependable, punctual, and professional
• Stable work history and a track record of commitment to previous employers
