Schedule/Hours:

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Current and unrestricted RN license
• Experience in Med Surg, Telemetry, or Tele nursing settings
• Proficiency in monitoring telemetry patients and responding to critical changes
• Strong clinical assessment, organization, and communication skills
• BLS and other relevant certifications preferred
• Minimum 1 year recent acute care experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality patient care in medical-surgical and telemetry units
• Monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythms, and report significant changes
• Implement physician orders and individualized care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, care plans, and post-discharge instructions
• Accurately document care and maintain patient confidentiality
