Position Overview As a Salon Assistant on the GO TEAM, you help keep the salon running smoothly and support both the CUT CREW (stylists) and front desk. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying busy, helping others, and creating a great experience for kids and families. GO TEAM members are essential to maintaining flow, cleanliness, and positive energy throughout the salon.
Core Responsibilities
- Assist stylists during haircuts as needed
- Help entertain and comfort kids before and during services
- Clean and sanitize stations, tools, and equipment
- Restock supplies, capes, towels, and retail items
- Maintain cleanliness of lobby, bathrooms, and back areas
- Support front desk with client flow and waitlist management
- Step in wherever needed during busy periods

Compensation: $8.50 per hour
