Registered Nurse - ICU

Job Description

Job Summary:
Provide specialized critical care nursing services to ICU patients during overnight 12-hour shifts. Ensure patient safety, deliver high-quality care, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess critically ill patients, recognizing changes in condition promptly.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely in electronic health records.
• Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
• Maintain compliance with all hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license with current certification.
• BLS certification required.
• Proven experience in ICU or critical care nursing preferred.
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts effectively.
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
