Minimum Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active North Carolina PTA license or ability to obtain required state licensure prior to the assignment start.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing facilities or long-term care settings preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior travel PTA experience preferred.
• Experience with restorative programs, fall prevention, and transfers preferred.
