Responsibilities: Assist licensed Physical Therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients. Conduct patient assessments and document progress in compliance with healthcare regulations. Provide hands‑on therapy techniques to improve mobility and strength. Educate patients and their families on exercises and wellness strategies. Monitor and report patient responses to therapy and adjust care as needed. Maintain a clean and safe therapy environment, adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care. Participate in continuing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge. Requirements: Current Florida Physical Therapist Assistant license required. Home Health experience preferred. Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Flexible availability for PRN shifts, including weekends and holidays. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred. AXXESS Home Health (EMR) experience preferred.
