The Store Manager is responsible for driving net sales and operating profit while delivering an exceptional client experience. Operational Excellence: Collaborate with cross-functional partners, maintain inventory integrity, and uphold visual and operational standards. Qualifications for the Position 5+ years of management experience, preferably in fashion or luxury retail (four-year degree preferred, not required). Strong understanding of specialty retail: business development, visual merchandising, and store operations. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft & Apple technology; XStore & Tulip knowledge a plus. Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds and be on your feet throughout shifts.
