RPA Business Analyst
Syntricate Technologies
Business AnalystMinimum of 6 years of experience in a Business Analyst role having experience focused on automation projects (RPA, GenAI, or workflow automation).Strong experience in process mapping, business requirements gathering, and functional specification creation.Familiarity with AI-driven automation solutions, machine learning, and other advanced automation technologies is a plus.Excellent understanding of business processes, workflow management, and the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement through automation.Ability to document and communicate complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.Experience with Agile methodologies or Scrum is preferred.Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and management.Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams and collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders.
