Experience with additional ServiceTitan products is ideal, but the Pro Products are not required)Preferred:Experience working in home service tradesCustomer service experienceAbility to understand performance reports and dataExperience with Microsoft programs, including Excel and TeamsPotential to do inside sales and make a commissionWHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE OUR DISPATCHERYou will work a full-time schedule from 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. Plus, there's potential to work from home in the future as you grow with our company.As a Dispatcher, you will start your day by coordinating schedules and communicating with clients, ensuring all service requests are efficiently managed. You'll handle inbound calls from clients, create new accounts, and book jobs, always focusing on providing top-notch customer service. Throughout the day, you'll also follow up on open jobs and estimates, coordinating with team members to meet client needs swiftly and effectively. Out bounding to fill the schedule, and to schedule return visits.
