Business Litigation Attorney

Luther Lanard has an open position for an attorney with at least 4 years of experience who wants to take cases to trial and is ready to take ownership of their caseload. You'll have the opportunity to learn the dispute side of franchise law–no prior franchise experience required. We provide structured training and mentorship to get you up to speed.

This role offers significant client interaction and the chance to handle matters independently from start to finish. Build Real Relationships

You won't just be drafting documents in a vacuum. You'll interact directly with clients, understand their businesses, and deliver customized legal solutions that actually make sense for their situations.

Autonomy with Support

You’ll run your own matters, but you’re not on an island. Our team is collaborative, and leadership is accessible when you need to strategize or get a second opinion.

Gain Trial Experience

We take multiple matters to trial or arbitration hearings every year. We are not a firm that has to settle before trial. Instead, we build cases designed to go to trial.

Reasonable Expectations

Target 1,800 billable hours annually (including 100 creditable non-billable hours), with plenty of room for growth and performance-based bonuses. You’ll also receive origination credit for the business you bring in.

Flexibility That Actually Exists

Work from home on Fridays. We trust you to manage your time and deliver results without micromanagement. For experienced candidates, we are open to discussing even more of a hybrid schedule.

Compensation

Compensation: $180,000 - $210,000 yearly
