Painter - 2nd Shift

PainterLocation: New Lisbon, WI - Merchandiser FacilityShift: 2nd (1:00pm - 9:30pm)Responsibilities:Prep units, which includes washing units, drying seams, checking for/repairing dents, taping breakers, checking, and following paperworkPaint UnitsChange out paintsClean paint and wash equipmentRepair damaged unitsUse proper technique using putty and fillersPerform Paint PMs as assignedConduct Paint InventoryMust be willing to work schedule as assigned by supervisor or leadWork on front assembly line as requiredAll other duties as assignedQualificationsMust understand and be able to follow ALL safe operating procedures & requirementsMust possess a cooperative attitudeMust be self-motivated and work with minimal supervisionMust be able to understand and execute instructionsMust be able to operate washer and painting equipmentMust have high attention to detailAbility to work independently and be a self starterMust be able to wear all safety equipment including breathable air hood and half masksEssential Functions:Must be willing and able to work in warm environment during summer monthsPaint experience strongly preferredAbility to lift/push pull 50-100 lbs., plus on a continual basis.Ability to reach overhead and/or above shoulder height frequently.Ability to stand for long periods of time.Ability to use repetitive motions.Ability to be on time and at work daily.Must have a flexible work schedule.So, what do you get out of working at Leer, Inc. beyond a friendly work environment and the best teammates around?
