About Rula We are hiring licensed therapists to join our diverse network of providers. Our mission is to provide high-quality care while supporting our providers in an ethical and compliant manner. Responsibilities and What You Do Deliver clinical care to clients remotely while Rula manages administrative tasks to support you in practicing. Your schedule and the time you allocate to Rula clients are entirely up to you. The company handles administrative duties to enable you to focus on client care. Minimum Qualifications Must be licensed as a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) Must be licensed in California Must be able to provide telehealth Compensation and Benefits LMFT, LCSW, and LPCC: $90 per session reimbursement for initial or 90837 appointments (53-minute session) Direct deposit every two weeks with no need to worry about unpaid claims Rula pays you even when the patient no-shows, cancels late, or the claim is denied Time allocated to Rula clients is at your discretion Health benefits available via partnership with Stride No-show protection: get paid 100% for your time if a client no-shows or late-cancels Free annual CEU access via partnership with Clearly Clinical Support and Community Practice support: marketing, insurance verification, invoicing/billing, and full administrative support Clinical leadership and support: access to executive leadership insights, Care Coordination, and Quality Team resources Provider community: online forums, weekly live peer-to-peer case consultations, and drop-in provider sessions Compliance and ethics: HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 compliance with dedicated records handling Outcome measures: real-time data on client progress and therapeutic alliance Free CEU opportunities and feedback resources Work remotely from CA, US.
