What You'll Do

As a CNA on our team, you'll play a vital role in delivering person-centered care. Your day may include:

• Responding to resident needs with patience and empathy
• Assisting with dressing, grooming, bathing, oral care, and incontinence support
• Helping residents enjoy meals and stay nourished
• Supporting mobility from range-of-motion exercises to safe transfers and ambulation
• Ensuring comfort through proper turning and positioning
• Taking and recording vital signs and intake/output
• Documenting daily care and restorative services
• Participating in care planning and interdisciplinary discussions
• Showing up reliably for your scheduled shifts your presence matters

Requirements

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

Licenses/Certification: Valid certification as a CNA in the state of employment.

Valid CPR certificate preferred.

Experience: Six months experience in a long term-care environment preferred.
