Responsibilities Assess patient needs and develop appropriate treatment plans Administer therapies to improve mobility and alleviate pain Ensure care adheres to APTA standards and Maryland scope of practice Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes Maintain accurate documentation of treatments and progress Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in physical therapy Maryland Physical Therapist Licensure Less than 1 year of professional experience CPR certification from the American Heart Association Basic professional knowledge of therapy theories and practices Key Attributes Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to evaluate and adapt treatment approaches Commitment to providing patient-centered care #J-18808-Ljbffr Rock Health
