Overview UnibodyAutotechCollision Repair Center isseekingan experienced and customer-focused Collision Repair Estimator to join our team. This role is critical in deliveringaccuraterepair estimates, communicating with customers and insurance partners, and ensuring a smooth repair process from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Inspect damaged vehicles and prepareaccuraterepair estimates Write estimates using industry-standard software (CCC ONE, Mitchell, or Audatex) Communicate clearly with customersregardingrepair processes, timelines, and costs Work directly with insurance companies to negotiate andfinalizerepair approvals Monitor repair progress and update estimates as needed (supplements) Coordinate with technicians to ensure proper repair procedures and parts usage Order parts and verify pricing/availability whenrequired Maintain thorough and organized documentation of all estimates and communications Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the repair lifecycle Qualifications Previousexperience as a collision repair estimatorrequired I-CAR certification (or willingness to obtain) Experience working with DRP programs Strong customer service mindset Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Proficiencywith estimating platforms (CCC ONE, Mitchell, Audatex) Strong understanding of collision repair processes and procedures Excellent negotiation and communication skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple repairs and deadlines simultaneously Valid driver’s license Benefits / Additional Opportunities Competitive salary based on experience Performance-based bonus opportunities (if applicable) Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding operation Supportive, team-driven culture Modern facility and consistent workflow #J-18808-Ljbffr CSN Collision
