The Program Manager will lead and coordinate various projects within the aerospace industry, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, overseeing project timelines, and driving performance improvements to enhance program outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate project teams

Preferred Qualifications

Aerospace - Aviation experience required
2+ years in program management
