Project Manager - Complex Ground-Up Projects

Project Manager
A well-established, privately owned commercial general contractor with decades of success delivering ground-up projects across the Midwest and Southeast. Job Description
- Lead contract administration from bid through close-out
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and change orders
- Develop and track schedules using Primavera P6
- Oversee quality through inspections and submittals
- Build client relationships and support site safety compliance

The Successful Applicant
A successful Project Manager should have:
- 7+ years in ground-up commercial construction
- Experience delivering $10-30M projects (non-multifamily)
- Proficient in Procore, Bluebeam, Viewpoint, P6, MS Office
- Bachelor's in Construction, Engineering, Architecture, or similar
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
