Canvass Director - Rochester, New York

We are seeking an experienced Canvass Director for a competitive race in Rochester, New York This position is a staff management position and two previous cycles of campaign experience with supervisory responsibilities preferred. Qualified candidates will be familiar with and comfortable working Votebuilder and Google Workspace suite. Training will be provided on our best practices & program management protocols. This is a full time position that will run from now through the New York Primary in June. Staff will also receive priority for placement for our general election campaigns. Responsibilities Supervising paid canvassers and organizers in order to achieve program goals Oversight and execution of recruitment, intake, training, and management of organizers and canvassers. Providing canvassers with clear, quantitative goals and tracking progress. Utilizing internal tracking systems in order to monitor workflow.
