Restaurant Manager

Job Title

The incumbent is expected to lead a multi-million-dollar business. Their main responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, overseeing team members and shift supervisors, and building the capabilities of the team. They are also responsible for fostering a strong store culture, providing exceptional customer service, and coaching team members.

Essential Duties

• Perform and direct overall restaurant management including inventory and cash control systems. • Ensure that all local and national health and food safety codes are maintained, and company safety and security policies are followed. • Recruit, hire, train and develop high quality team members. • Maintain a positive work environment dedicated to promoting our culture and values. • Responsible for all food and beverage quality, service, and cleanliness standards within the restaurant • Ensure that operational and training standards are consistently maintained. • Respond to customer concerns, both written and verbal, with the ability to creatively solve problems. • Conduct performance evaluations and recommend promotions or corrective actions when necessary. • Create a happy and safe work environment. • Ensuring restaurant plans and marking incitive are being implemented. • Holds team members accountable for by performance management process. • Recognizes employees for exceptional performance and embodying or core values using Our RBD Value Card to reinforce breakthrough results and to help them and you become a values Ambassador

Other Duties: • Attending staff, departmental, and required meetings. • Following cash handling, safety, and security procedures. • Adhering to KFC and City/State/United States safety regulations. • Demonstrating knowledge of and compliance with RBD's Human Resources policies and processes.

Experience & Education: Previous customer service or cashier experience desirable.

Computer & Software Skills: Proficiency using Microsoft Office suite (Word and Excel)

Hazards: Will be exposed to varying weather conditions, soil, pollen, grass, and plant materials and fertilizer while working; will be exposed to cleaning solutions of home strength; may be exposed to industrial strength solutions for pest control, paints or solvents, biohazards such as bloodborne pathogens, sewage, or building waste.

Equipment Use: Deep Fryers, pressure Fryer's ovens, soda machines, safe, registers, POS Systems.
