Companion
$16–$20/hour, per diem, with flexible day, evening, and night shifts. No caregiving experience or certification needed

What You'll Do

• Drive clients to appointments, errands, shopping trips, and social outings
• Do light housekeeping to keep the home clean and safe
• Plan, prepare, and share meals to encourage connection
• Spend time with clients through conversation, games, and other activities they enjoy
• Follow the care plan set by our nursing team, and report any changes or safety concerns

What You'll Need

Required:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 18 years old
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Able to read, write, and speak English to follow care plans and communicate with clients and staff

Preferred:

• Experience caring for others, personally or professionally
• Comfortable working independently in a client's home

Pay & Benefits

• $16–$20/hour, based on shift, level of care, and weekend scheduling
• Extra pay for holidays and weekends worked

• Flexible per diem schedule — pick up day, evening, or night shifts
