That's why we've built a culture centered on compassion, collaboration, and continuous learning, giving you the tools and freedom to succeed while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.What You'll Be DoingConduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create individualized treatment plansDeliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goalsTrain, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior TechniciansCollaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality, consistency, and excellent client outcomesCollect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisionsParticipate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional developmentAbout UsAt The Treetop ABA, we are committed to making a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families. This role blends meaningful in-center clinical work with some remote flexibility for planning, documentation, collaboration, and supervision.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a small, intentional caseload to support high-quality, individualized careDevelop and oversee ABA treatment plans tailored to client needsConduct assessments and track progress through data-driven decision makingSupervise and support Behavior Technicians / RBTsCollaborate with families and other care providers for cohesive supportMaintain accurate and timely documentation and complianceStay current with ABA research, best practices, and ethical standards
