Family Office Associate

Overview A wealth management firm is seeking an Associate to support their family office team. This role involves accounting, reporting, daily operations, and client service within an institutional family office framework. Responsibilities Reconcile client bank accounts, brokerage accounts, and other investment holdings Assist with client monthly portfolio reporting Update and maintain information in the reporting system and CRM Execute paperwork for account openings and ongoing account maintenance at multiple custodians Handle operational and administrative tasks related to client investments Accomplish a high volume of money movement related to client bill pay and investments Interface with clients, investors, fund managers, and service providers to assist with operational requests Manage a high volume of incoming firm communication and complete or delegate tasks in a timely manner Complete various ad-hoc projects as requested by clients or colleagues Generate ideas for workflow improvement and organization to sustain business growth Qualifications Proficiency in portfolio reporting systems and CRM software Ability to prioritize a wide range of tasks Flexibility to accommodate requests from various teams Compensation: Salary: $70,000 – $90,000, Plus Bonus #J-18808-Ljbffr Landing Point
