Opportunity Summary

You'll be a trusted partner to the professionals you support - helping keep client matters, correspondence, and daily operations running smoothly. Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to a team of attorneys, managing correspondence, calls, and client communications with professionalism and discretion.
• Draft, format, and proofread documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
• Process new matter intake, including conflict checks, engagement letters, and client-specific billing guideline compliance.
• Manage time entry, invoicing, and reimbursement processing to support timely, accurate billing.

Qualifications

Required

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe, with experience using document management and electronic signature systems.
• Superb attention to detail, grammar, and proofreading skills, with the ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 4-5 years of experience supporting attorneys or paralegals with administrative or client-related tasks.
• Experience at an AmLaw or large law firm a plus.
