Revenue Supervisor

Job Description:Permian Resources is seeking an experienced oil and gas Revenue Accounting Supervisor to lead revenue accounting team members, focusing on upstream oil and gas assets in Texas. This role will implement best practices and maintain regulatory compliance, overseeing revenue accounting processes to ensure accurate and timely recording, analysis, and reporting of oil and gas revenue. Key Responsibilities:Train, develop, and supervise revenue staffReview monthly revenue actuals and PPAs for operated and non-operated properties, posting related journal entriesReview monthly account reconciliations and analysisReview and assist with monthly compliance preparation and filingsProcess monthly check-write processProvide technical support and advice based on expertise and industry experienceWork closely with cross-functional teams, including production, marketing and division orders to facilitate efficient communication and ensure data integrityMaintain SOX controls, policies, and proceduresRequirements:10 years of relevant industry experience, with at least 2 years of supervisory experienceExpertise in Accounting software, Quorum experience a plusProficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Spotfire, Carte and DatabricksStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and translate large data sets to facilitate process improvementAbility to work in a fast paced and fluid environment, meeting required deadlinesFlexible with the demands of a growing environmentExceptional communication skills to facilitate team building and engagement, confidently presenting and executing ideasPermian Resource is an equal opportunity employer.
