Location: Savannah, GA (4700 Waters Avenue)

Shift: 12-hour shifts (day/night rotating)

License/Certs: Active Georgia RN and APRN licenses, Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification

What You'll Do

Provide advanced neonatal care in a Level IV NICU setting

Manage critically ill and premature neonates with a multidisciplinary team

Collaborate with neonatologists, pediatric subspecialists, and other healthcare providers

Participate in neonatal care planning and family-centered initiatives

Support regional neonatal referral services for coastal Georgia

Engage in educational activities, including resident rotations

Maintain accurate documentation and uphold hospital standards

Contribute to ongoing quality improvement and clinical excellence efforts

What You Need

Active Georgia RN and APRN licenses

Neonatal Nurse Practitioner certification

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
