We are looking for a detail-oriented Platform Specialist to support transaction processing and platform-related requests in Buffalo, New York. This is a Long-term Contract position suited for someone who can manage non-standard transactions, respond to inquiries accurately, and maintain strong service levels in a fast-paced environment. The role works closely with internal business partners to improve platform usage, ensure reliable data handling, and provide timely operational support. Success in this position requires sound judgment, strong communication, and the ability to balance accuracy with urgency.

Responsibilities:
• Process customer and business transactions with a high level of accuracy, including requests that fall outside standard platform workflows.
• Review incoming requests carefully, validate transaction details, and complete updates, corrections, or order entry activities in line with established service expectations.
• Respond to platform-related questions from team members and business partners promptly while delivering clear and accurate resolutions.
• Protect data quality by monitoring records, identifying inconsistencies, and taking corrective action when issues are found.
• Partner with account managers and business stakeholders to help turn platform opportunities into measurable business results.
• Analyze operational information and prepare reports on data quality, performance metrics, and usage trends to support decision-making.
• Look for ways to streamline daily workflows and recommend practical improvements that increase efficiency and platform adoption.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the broader team as priorities shift.• Two-year college degree with at least 3 years of relevant functional experience, or a high school diploma or equivalent with 5 years of related experience.
• Demonstrated background in customer service, transaction processing, data entry, or order management within an operations-focused environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel, including the ability to organize information, review records, and work with reports.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and deliver effective customer care.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and share meaningful insights that support business decisions and data quality improvements.
• Solid organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, work with urgency, and meet service level expectations.
• Comfortable collaborating across teams and working with moderate supervision while managing a broad range of transactional tasks.
• Working knowledge of data integrity practices, metric reporting, and process improvement methods is strongly preferred.
