Leading a regional team of specialists, the full-time salaried Director of Lakebase Sales will drive revenue growth, manage a high-performing team, and execute sales strategies to modernize application architectures and operationalize AI for customers. Key responsibilities Own and exceed quarterly and annual consumption and booking targets for Lakebase within the region Recruit, hire, and develop a team of Lakebase Sales Specialists, providing coaching on deal strategies and customer engagement Establish relationships with regional CIOs and CTOs while collaborating with cloud providers to accelerate adoption Required qualifications 8+ years of experience in enterprise software, SaaS, cloud platform, or database sales 3+ years of experience managing high-performing sales or specialist teams Demonstrated success in executing specialized go-to-market strategies within a matrixed organization Strong understanding of modern application architectures, including APIs and microservices Proven track record of selling to CIO, CTO, and platform engineering organizations
