Patient Services Specialist - Front Desk & Scheduling

DeKalb County Economic Development Corporation (DCEDC)

Northwestern Medicine is seeking a Patient Services Representative to deliver exceptional front-office support in a busy medical practice. You will greet patients, register them, verify insurance, collect co-pays, and coordinate scheduling and tests. Responsibilities emphasize accuracy, confidentiality, and smooth communication between patients and staff.
