What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities

As a Front Desk/Counselor, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our furry campers and their humans have the best experience possible. Your responsibilities will include: - Greeting pet parents and their pups with a warm, welcoming attitude. - Managing check-ins, check-outs, and reservations with efficiency and accuracy. - Providing exceptional customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns. - Assisting with the care and supervision of dogs during their stay. - Maintaining a clean and safe environment for both pets and staff. - Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

What We’re Looking For: Skills and Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you’ll need: - At least 1 year of experience in a related role or customer service environment. - A genuine love for animals and a commitment to their well-being. - Strong communication and organizational skills. - The ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting. - A positive attitude and a team-player mindset.
