AI Automation Specialist (HYBRID)

AI Automation Specialist Wakefield, MA – C-4 Analytics C-4 Analytics is a private, full‑service digital marketing company that helps automotive dealerships. We are looking for an AI Automation Specialist to build and implement AI‑driven solutions across sales, marketing, operations, finance, and more. We prefer candidates who can work in our office at least three days a week. We also offer remote and hybrid work options. Flexibility Remote – work from home or any location that works best for you. Hybrid – split time between the office and remote. Local preference – we favor local candidates but will consider qualified remote candidates. Responsibilities Build AI decision‑support, content generation, classification, and enrichment solutions. Integrate internal systems such as CRM, data platforms, and cloud tools. Own end‑to‑end projects from concept to production, ensuring reliability and business relevance. Serve as the internal expert on the latest AI models and tools. Qualifications Business Process Strength – intuition for fast‑paced operations, comfort with senior leaders, clear communication. Engineering Mindset – systems thinking, fluent with APIs and data structures, focus on reliability and scalability. AI Expertise – deep understanding of modern AI models, experience shipping AI into production workflows. Hard Qualifiers (Non‑Negotiable) Experience building cross‑functional business systems, not isolated tools. Ability to move from whiteboard to live production workflow. Focus on business impact and ROI, not novelty. Comfort pushing back on weak ideas with senior stakeholders. Soft Qualifiers (Equally Important) Low ego, high ownership. Impatience with unnecessary process. Calm, structured thinking in ambiguous situations. Practical decision‑making over perfect architecture. Skills & Experience Must‑have: proven track record of building cross‑functional systems, familiarity with AI models, automation platforms, APIs, and excellent communication. Nice‑to‑have: background in operations/consulting, experience with CRMs/data platforms, light scripting (Python/JavaScript). What This Role Is NOT Research or theory role—focus on building. Departmental analyst—cross‑functional. Pure software engineering—business‑driven system building.
