Position Type: PRN Starting Pay: $46 / hour Location: 195 Freestone Road, Eagle, Colorado 81631Physical Therapist Assistant Responsibilities:Assist physical therapists in implementing treatment plans for patients, ensuring adherence to prescribed therapies.Monitor patient progress and document changes in their condition.Educate patients and their families on exercises and care plans to promote recovery.Utilize knowledge of anatomy and physiology to provide effective patient care.Physical Therapist Assistant Qualifications:Must be a graduate from an Accredited Physical Therapy Assistant Program and have at a minimum an Associate's degree.Must possess a current CO Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) LicenseMust possess strong knowledge regarding state, federal, and local regulations as they pertain to long-term care.Must be capable of performing the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodations.Must be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing and possess sufficient communication skills to perform the tasks required.Strong patient care skills and knowledge of physiology and anatomyProficient in medical terminology and physical therapy techniquesAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environmentCassia Benefits (On-Call):Competitive Pay with experience-based raisesEmployee Assistance Program with free confidential counseling/coaching for self and family membersESST – Earned Sick and Safe TimeAbout Pro Rehab: Our philosophy reflects the belief that each individual is a unique and important person.
