International Engagement Support SME

OVERVIEW

Streamline Defense is seeking a International Engagement Support SME to support the U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) Directorate of Operations, J3-International (J3-I) Division at MacDill AFB in Tampa, FL. This position is contingent upon contract award. Support the J3-I Support Cell in planning, coordinating, and executing multilateral events and multinational conferences, and provide administrative support to assigned international personnel.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide SME support for planning and execution of bilateral and multilateral key leader engagements Prepare and review executive correspondence, including coordination with partner-nation personnel Plan, coordinate, and execute multinational events and executive-level conferences (invitations, agendas) Capture notes and prepare read-outs; coordinate follow-up actions Maintain a directory of international SOF key leaders and contacts Support partner-nation in-processing/on-boarding and manage partner-nation efficiency reports

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in international relations, communications, or other social sciences 5 years using marketing or communication skills (written and oral), including products for senior leaders (GO/FO/SES) Demonstrated executive writing skills 1 year in a multinational environment (military, academic, business, NGO, or US Government) Experience as an event planner for executive-level conferences and engagements Ability to organize complex inter-governmental events for 500+ people Desired: basic language proficiency (1/1) in a Romance/European language Current Secret clearance and eligible for Secret access #J-18808-Ljbffr Streamline Defense
