What’s a typical day as Injection Molding Process Technician? You’ll be:

• Setting up and starting up various molding machines according to production schedules
• Installing and removing molds, ensuring proper alignment and connections
• Adjusting machine parameters for optimal performance and performing first-piece inspections to verify quality
• Troubleshooting molding and process issues to minimize downtime and maintain efficient production
• Performing routine maintenance on molds and equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards and company procedures
• Maintaining accurate production and setup documentation
• Collaborating closely with quality, maintenance, and production teams to ensure seamless operations

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a high school diploma or GED (required)
• Bring technical training in manufacturing, plastics, or a related field (preferred)
• Offer 2+ years of injection molding setup or processing experience (preferred)
• Possess hands-on experience with injection molding machines, tooling, and troubleshooting
• Demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of plastics materials and molding processes
• Are familiar with robotics and automation systems (preferred)
• Have direct experience with machine setup, extrusion blow molding, working with multiple resins, and manufacturing bottles or similar products
