About the Role: As a Dietary Manager , you will be responsible for directing and overseeing daily dietary operations, meal preparation, and kitchen workflow. You will ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility dietary regulations, and work closely with the Registered Dietitian to maintain accurate diet orders and resident preferences. Additionally, you will manage food inventory, ordering, storage, and sanitation standards, and train, schedule, and supervise dietary staff.
