Construction Risk and Insurance Manager (JN -022026-84844) Mahwah, New Jersey Salary: USD125000 - USD150000 per annum Construction Risk and Insurance Manager Summary Leads insurance administration, risk management, and legal coordination for construction operations. Ensures subcontractor and corporate insurance compliance, mitigates risk exposure, and supports efficient, compliant project execution. Key Responsibilities Manage subcontractor insurance compliance, including high-volume COI and endorsement tracking. Review policies for exclusions, coverage gaps, and contractual compliance. Resolve deficiencies with subcontractors, brokers, and internal teams. Oversee corporate insurance renewals and incident reporting. Support insurance claims, construction litigation, audits, and regulatory inquiries. Lead risk mitigation initiatives and advise leadership on emerging insurance and regulatory issues.
