Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm

New Candidate - Warehouse & Logistics Associate
• Support and promote a strong safety culture by adhering to Environmental, Health & Safety
(EHS) policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements at all times.
• Execute daily warehouse operations, ensuring materials, tools, and equipment are stored,
handled, and maintained in accordance with established warehouse procedures.
• Receive, inspect, identify, and accurately process incoming materials, ensuring all goods
receipts and inventory transactions are recorded correctly in the ERP system.
• Perform inventory movements, stock transfers, cycle counts, and physical inventory audits to
maintain inventory accuracy and alignment between system records and physical stock.
• Prepare, stage, and issue materials, tools, and equipment to support operational
requirements, ensuring items are available when needed and delivered to the correct locations.
• Coordinate logistics activities between the warehouse and operational locations, including
Service Operation Vessels (SOVs), Crew Transfer Vessels (CTVs), and other deployment points.
• Support the mobilization, demobilization, and sorting of tools, parts, and equipment during
operational rotations to ensure efficient load-outs and returns.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, deliveries, and material movements while
ensuring compliance with established documentation requirements.
• Assist in monitoring warehouse performance, inventory accuracy, and operational KPIs,
identifying opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency.
• Coordinate with suppliers and transportation providers to track deliveries, resolve shipment
issues, and ensure compliance with site access and delivery requirements.
• Support warehouse layout, housekeeping, and storage optimization initiatives to maintain an
organized, efficient, and safe working environment.
• Assist with warehouse transition projects, inventory relocations, and facility improvement
initiatives as required.
