COTA - Travel Contract

We're hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract role at a skilled nursing facility in Arlington Heights, IL. Active Illinois COTA state license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred. Ability to follow treatment plans developed by a licensed Occupational Therapist. Client notes indicate availability for a schedule of 4 to 5 days per week and a 32-hour weekly guarantee. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience with geriatric populations and post-acute rehab settings preferred. Experience with ADL retraining, adaptive equipment recommendations, and documentation in electronic medical records preferred. Assignment Details Shift: Days, 4x8 or 5x8 schedule as indicated by the client. Workdays: Five days per week noted in client communications; schedule may also reflect four days per week in some rotations. 32-hour weekly guarantee.
