Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday.

Salary Range

$65,000-$75,000 annually , depending on experience.

The Role

We're looking for a hands-on leader to oversee our Shipping & Receiving operation while providing day-to-day leadership for a team that includes warehouse employees and CDL drivers. This role is responsible for ensuring products move safely, accurately, and on time while coordinating with production, customer service, and operations. What You'll Do

• Lead the daily shipping and receiving operation to ensure accurate and on-time shipments.
• Supervise, coach, and support a team of warehouse employees and company drivers.
• Coordinate shipping priorities with production and operations to meet customer commitments.
• Verify shipping documentation, bills of lading, and receiving records for accuracy.
• Monitor inventory movement and maintain accurate records within the company's ERP system.
• Promote safe material handling practices and maintain an organized shipping and receiving area.
• Support DOT compliance efforts for company drivers and equipment.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and streamline shipping processes.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, logistics, or distribution operations.
• Experience leading or supervising employees.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience working with shipping documentation and inventory records.
• Comfortable using computers and business software to manage daily operations.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work in a manufacturing and warehouse environment, including lifting materials as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supervising CDL drivers or transportation operations.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and transportation compliance.
• Dispatching or transportation coordination experience.
• Experience with ERP or warehouse management systems.
• CDL Class A license (preferred but not required ).
• Forklift experience.
