Key Responsibilities\n \n Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to meet the unique needs of our diverse clientele. \n Provide crisis intervention services, conducting assessments to identify patients' emotional and behavioral challenges, and offering immediate support. \n Carry out initial and ongoing assessments to evaluate client progress and adapt treatment strategies accordingly. \n Develop, document, and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their families to promote long-term wellness. \n Actively participate in a multi-disciplinary team approach, contributing insights that enhance the overall efficacy of treatment plans. \n Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions and progress, in accordance with regulatory standards and organizational policies. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n In this role, you will work primarily with clients dealing with substance abuse and co-occurring mental health issues. You will provide therapeutic support to individuals and families who are often experiencing complex relational dynamics and challenges. Your involvement will help clients address the root causes of their issues, fostering healthier relationships and emotional resilience. Qualifications\n \n A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution. \n An active and unrestricted license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Pennsylvania. \n A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in the mental health field, with specific expertise in relational and familial therapy. \n Strong clinical competencies in psychosocial assessments, crisis intervention, and the development of actionable treatment plans. \n A comprehensive understanding of individual and family development across the lifespan and its impact on mental health. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote therapy techniques. \n Experience working within a multi-disciplinary treatment approach, collaborating with healthcare providers. \n Additional training in substance abuse therapy methodologies or certifications. \n Compensation and Benefits\n We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
