1. Represent buyers and sellers in high-value residential and commercial real estate transactions as part of a coordinated team.
2. Conduct data-driven market analyses and listing consultations.

4. Negotiate complex contracts and oversee the transaction process to ensure smooth, timely closings.
5. Actively network and cultivate referral partnerships that benefit both your business and the team's shared pipeline.

1. Active License : A valid Massachusetts Real Estate Broker License is required.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $100,000.00 to $350,000.00+ per year (Commission-based)
