Director of Rehab - Full Time

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking an experienced Rehab Director for a full-time role with an area client where you will recruit and train staff, develop therapy strategies, evaluate patient care, and coordinate rehabilitation services in a hospital setting. This position supports both inpatient and outpatient therapy programs. The Rehab Director must be credentialed as a Physical Therapist.

Minimum Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (entry-level degree required).
• Active state Physical Therapist license required to start in Kansas.
• Experience managing therapy services in a hospital environment, including both inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Demonstrated experience recruiting, hiring, training, and supervising therapy staff.
• Experience developing clinical programs, policies, and procedures for rehabilitation services.
• Experience with staffing models and scheduling for inpatient and outpatient therapy services. Flexible scheduling availability required.
• Valid CPR/BLS certification as required by facility.
