Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Execution

Lead and manage the company's overall marketing function and brand presence.

Develop and execute marketing initiatives that support company growth, sales objectives, and customer engagement.

Create and maintain marketing plans, campaigns, and promotional activities that align with business goals.

Content Creation & Brand Management

Personally create high-quality marketing materials while maintaining brand consistency across all channels.

Develop compelling visual and written content for internal and external audiences.

Ensure consistent brand identity, messaging, and presentation standards across all marketing assets.

Social Media Management

Manage all company social media platforms.

Create graphics, videos, copy, and promotional content.

Schedule and publish content while monitoring engagement and maintaining brand standards.

Develop strategies to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.

Marketing Collateral & Sales Support

Create and maintain product catalogs, brochures, cut sheets, sales materials, and customer-facing collateral.

Partner with sales and leadership teams to develop impactful marketing and business-development materials.

Produce professional content that effectively communicates product and service offerings.

Executive & Customer Presentations

Design and develop high-impact Board of Directors presentations, executive presentations, sales presentations, and customer-facing materials.

Translate complex information into visually compelling and easy-to-understand presentations.

Ensure presentation materials reflect executive-level professionalism and attention to detail.

Events & Trade Shows

Plan, coordinate, and execute trade shows, conferences, customer events, and corporate events.

Manage event logistics, vendor relationships, promotional materials, and post-event communication.

Support lead-generation and customer-engagement efforts through event marketing activities.

Promotional Products & Vendor Management

Manage company swag, branded merchandise, promotional items, and related vendor relationships.

Coordinate production schedules, inventory, and quality standards for marketing materials and branded products.

Digital Marketing & Website Management

Support website design, development, updates, and overall digital presence.

Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to optimize user experience and online branding.

Assist with digital marketing initiatives, online content, and web-based campaigns.

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design.

• 2 years of progressive marketing experience in a hands-on marketing role.

• Proven experience managing marketing initiatives while personally creating content and marketing assets.

• Advanced proficiency in Canva and Microsoft PowerPoint.

• Strong graphic design, print design, copywriting, and content-development skills.

• Exceptional visual design abilities with a strong understanding of branding, layout, typography, and presentation design.

• Experience managing corporate social media platforms and content strategies.

• Strong project-management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills. - oil and gas background

• experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, etc.).

• Website design and development experience.

• Experience with content management systems and digital marketing tools.

• Experience creating 3D product renderings, product visualizations, animations, motion graphics, or similar digital content.

• Experience working with manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or B2B organizations.
