Caregiver (Hoyer Lift Experience) – CareCo Home Care, Putnam, CT Join Our Team as a Caregiver – Make a Difference Every Day CareCo Home Care is seeking a compassionate, dependable caregiver with Hoyer lift experience to support a client in the Putnam, Connecticut area. Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 9 AM–9 PM Pay: $228 per shift About the Role You'll help the client stay safe, comfortable, and independent. Responsibilities may include: Safe transfers using a Hoyer lift Assisting with daily routines and personal care Toileting and personal hygiene support Meal preparation Companionship and emotional support Ambulation support Light housekeeping as needed Requirements and Preferences Hoyer lift experience (required) A high level of spoken English (required) No criminal record (required) Reliable, punctual, and caring Reliable vehicle CNA or PSS certification is a strong advantage, but not required Interviews and Orientation Interviews and orientation are held as walk-ins on Tuesdays starting at 10 AM — no appointment needed, at our Waterford office: 396 Willets Ave, Waterford, CT 06385 Please do not come unless you have a high level of spoken English and no criminal record, as these are firm requirements for the position.
