Responsibilities * Welcome visitors and create a friendly, professional first impression. * Answer and direct incoming inquiries to the appropriate team members. * Schedule appointments and assist with calendar coordination. * Maintain an organized reception area and office environment. * Assist with general administrative and clerical tasks. * Support daily office operations and internal coordination. * Receive and distribute mail, packages, and office deliveries.
